This is another balloon creation centerpiece of a New Years celebration that I made! The glittered banner in the middle of the decoration was made by writing out "Happy New Years 2022", spreading Mod Podge glue on the letters, then adding different colors of glitter for each word. I used red glitter for the word Happy, Gold glitter for the word New,black glitter for the word Years, and did a combination of many colors of glitter for the year 2022! On the balloon garland to the side of the banner I used metallic gold and silver balloons and white balloons and I tied each balloon to a string sorting the colored balloons by preference.
