Home-made Balloon Decor

  Here is a new Balloon Garland creation that I recently made for my sisters birthday as a decoration piece. To make this creation I used a reusable balloon arch strip which I strongly recommend because it is easier to make and a clear color so the material is not visible in areas where balloons might not be covering it. This is a new creation that I made for running a Lemonade stand with my friends in my neighborhood!
